When you start a monitored journey, your Guardian receives a secure link by SMS. Opening it shows a lightweight web page with your live location, route, and estimated arrival; no installation needed.
GuardianPoint BD keeps recent location updates on your device and syncs them as soon as connectivity returns. We never mark an alert as delivered until it's actually confirmed.
Routine journey location data is kept for 48 hours by default, then deleted or anonymized, unless you save a journey yourself or a safety incident requires longer retention.
No. Only you can start a monitored journey. Guardians can't activate tracking remotely, extend it silently, or see your location once a journey ends or a link expires.
No. We're a journey-monitoring and Guardian-alert platform, not an emergency or rescue service. We help the people you trust know where you are and reach you faster if something feels wrong.
The core app (journey monitoring and SOS) is free, with one Guardian included. GuardianPoint Plus (more Guardians, advanced alerts) is coming soon.
